DVD's cool actually! Some shops do bargain dvd's at about that cost. Get him a decent commedy dvd unless you know he wants Trap Door?.

Otherwise a picture/ photo of something funny you have both done (water slide in a theme park maybe?) put into a non expensive frame?

You could get a calender or a picture frame with a photo of you guys together in it or a CD.....not an album but a single or you could get a CD that's maybe not in the charts but you know your friend likes the music as these are usually cheaper than current chart CD's. You could buy lots of different sweets and chocs that you know he likes or a book or a game (uno card game is quite good) or a shower radio. Hope these help. xx

Savers the Chemist were selling Diesel aftershave last year for £6 - it will probably be on offer again this year. My friend bought 12 bottles - it smells lovely as well.

Well just get a £5 gift voucher for a dvd store [like HMV] and he can buy his own and put £1 towards it.

Only 5 quid, you cheap b*****d. Some mate you are. Get him a lottery ticket, only costs a quid but could be worth friggin' millions. It's the thought that counts.
