If you go to http://www.us.playstation.com/PSP you can download game demos, music, game trailers, vidoes and more...it also gives detailed information on how to download stuff to your PSP system.

downloading games are illegal if you never bought them

music, just hook up your psp to your computer through the usb cable. copy and paste over your music files to the music directory on your memory card
