If you're unusually tuned into your body, you might begin to suspect that you're pregnant within the first few days of pregnancy. But, most women don't suspect they are pregnant until they miss a period, and a few don't suspect or believe they are pregnant for months after conception.

Here are 5 common signs of early pregnancy. You may experience all, some or none of these symptoms.

A Missed Period. Missing your period is the most clear-cut sign of pregnancy. But it is not definitive, as stress or other factors may cause irregular periods.
Frequent Trips to the Bathroom. Even before missing a period, most pregnant women report having to go to the bathroom more often. You may even have to get up during the night! This occurs after the embryo has implanted in the uterus and begins producing the pregnancy hormone called human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG). This hormone triggers frequent urination.
Fatigue. Utter exhaustion is a very early sign of pregnancy. Fatigue is a result of high levels of the hormone progesterone.
Morning (and Noon and Night!) Sickness. Guess what? That queasy feeling isn't limited to mornings. Most pregnant women who experience morning sickness feel slightly nauseated at other times during the day as well. About half have vomiting, but very few have severe enough morning sickness to develop dehydration and malnutrition.
Sore (and Enlarged) Breasts. If you're pregnant, your breasts will probably become increasingly tender to the touch, similar to the way they feel before your period, only more so. Once your body grows accustomed to the increase in hormones, the pain will subside.
If you have any of the above symptoms, consider taking a pregnancy test as soon as possible.

Signs differ among every woman, the best way to tell is get a test but if your breast are tender, you are having mood swings, light spotting two weeks after intercourse. Or Nausea fatigue light backaches. Anything like I said it verys the best thing to do is get a test take it with the first morning urine or at least four hours after your last urination for the most accurate results before you miss your period if you get a negative sign then wait seven days if you miss your period then take another test.

Unusually dark and/or profuse lip hair, thickening of pubic hair, carnal insatiability, ringing in just one ear, spontaneous dizziness, unusually vivid dreams, unusually dull dreams, absence of dreams, profusion of dreams (are you noticing a trend here?), sudden dislike of the texture of pickles/cucumbers, and all sorts of other arbitrary things. The basic idea behind any "old wive's tale" sign is to jump on anything that seems spontaneous and arbitrary and claim that it's a sign. When in fact it is usually due to other factors that are almost entirely unrelated. However if you start getting really particular about color choices for even the most trivial of things then you know that you are pregnant.

Can be a few things, but USUALLY is nothing at all. Most women do not know they are pregnant until they miss a period.

Your symptoms can be easily explained from just eating something funny to drinking a cup too much of soda in a day.

I would say, relax for now...

Frequent urination is definately on the list. Fatigue. Irritability. Nausea. Contacts becoming uncomfortable.

If you are concerned, best advice is to take a test. Many tests can be taken before you miss your period. Just get one that says "early response". Good luck!

That can be a sign but it also is a sign of a bladder infection. Really the best sign of pregnancy is a miss period ( i know you don't want to hear that). Or maybe you just drank to many liquids before bed :)

Frequent peeing COULD be signs of pregnancy. Extreme fatigue. Sore boobs. Late period. Weepiness.

Get a pregnancy test. You'll know for sure.

My mom says that the early signs are strange desires for foods. Also using the toilet more, and upset stomache. In all cases I think that if you believe you may be pregnant, call my mom! jk. get a test and do what they do to it and check it. Good Luck: )

For me......very sore breasts.....being tired, going to bed early and wanting a nap in the afternoon, and sometimes snacking too much when you usually wouldn't....you just GOTTA have that right now!

Those are two very strong signs. Other than missing your period, your breasts will be very sore, more so than usual, especially closer to under your arms. You may still feel crampy like your period is coming...but it never shows up!
