I have what seems like a very naive question - is it safe to drink NA beer while pregnant?

It is "okay" but limit yourself because there is some alcohol in it. Same goes for the non-alcoholic wine. However, you could try sparkling grape juice and put it into champagne glasses, you wouldn't have to limit yourself (but you can still act like you're buzzin' because its fun to let loose, even if you're pregnant)!

It's sacrilegious to even think of non-alcoholic beer, but YES it does have some alcohol (thats why you can't buy it if you're under 21). Non-alcoholic beers have to be below .5% in the US and most of Europe which means that it would take about 8 of these to reach an average beer of 4%. You can do the math on how many you would need to drink to actually feel something.

Yes i am sure it is. I have been craving beer really bad and i have had a non alcoholic beer and they taste great! I feel i have an alcohol problem without drinking alcohol! hehe.I think the most they can do is make you put on weight :( x

That is not a stupid question but it is a question better suited to ask your doctor,because the "non-alcoholic" beer DOES have a very minute amount of alcohol in it.

Yes! It's perfectly fine :) I mean, it doesn't taste as great as regular beer, but it satisfied my cravings while I've been pregnant! I also had my 21st birthday while being pregnant, so that's what I had on my birthday :)
