i had a depo shot yesterday and im having bad cramps now is this normal?? Any hlp appreciated!!!

I never got bad cramps after the shot, but I did have a million other side effects. In the long run, I had to stop taking it because it caused me to have extremely heavy bleeding. I went to the doc, and he said I needed to stop..it just wasn't right for me. Make an appointment, or call and ask the nurse.

Call your doc. I was on the Depo for 3yrs and never had cramps, but I was sore where the shot was given

The depo shot is EVIL. I had scary things happen to my body when I took that. Don't do it, it may be convenient - but you will pay the price. Research the side effects --- it has been proven that Depo causes Osteoporosis (just to mention one of the problems it leads to).
