the real longest word in the world is PNEUMONOULTRAMICROSCOPICSILICOVOLCANOCONIOSIS
meaning:
a lung disease caused by breathing in particles of siliceous volcanic dus
This is the longest word in any English dictionary. However, it was coined by Everett Smith, the President of The National Puzzlers' League, in 1935 purely for the purpose of inventing a new "longest word". The Oxford English Dictionary described the word as factitious. Nevertheless it also appears in the Webster's, Random House, and Chambers dictionaries.

Out of your sentence it has to be the word "longest". Its like a whole 7 letters. "What" and "word" is just a measly 4. And "is" and "the" are like 2 and 3 letters long. No way near as good as 7!

It isn't the longest, but 'floccinaucinihilipilification' is quite a good word. It's the act of estimating something as being worthless.
