I know alot of people who feel that way...because ur kids are always gonna be ur kids u 'll love them reagardless, partners are just people who can be dumb so I can understand why people have that mentality. what can i say it's hard finding someone worth while these days :)

yes, now at 32 years of age, I'm almost ready to get a ice-pop..lol. Not really, but I desperately want a kid now before it's too late for me. But, I have to wait for hubby to be completly ready and you are only 24, you should wait until you have the person you want to spend your life with. It's better with 2 people raising children than 1. Good luck

Yes, some people do. But it isn't the best way for children. Kids need and mother and a father growing up...to balance out emotions and things. Some girls actually grow up with emotional problems if their dads don't give them the right kind of encouragement and attention. Boys who don't know fathers have a hard time with self-identity issues sometimes. Find that right partner with whom you will have joy raising your children. It's worth it.

Not until I have gotten older. I am currently at that point in my life now. My bf is 7 yrs. younger than I am and has said that we can start after the 1st of the year and now I must admit I am nervous if I am making the right decision or not.

No, because I could never imagine not having my wonderful Dad in my life and I wanted a wonderful Dad for my kids - which they have.
