Depends on your budget. My hubby and I enjoy cruises. But we also love Puerto Rico, Cancun, Jamaica and Bahamas.
Bed & Breakfast places are also a nice idea. And if you don't particularly care for the beach, rent a cabin with a fireplace and a jacuzzi for the weekend.
You could never go wrong with a trip to NY or Vegas either.

I would suggest going to your closest beach and have a candle-light romantic dinner at a restaurant. My husband and I were re-married on October 2nd 2002, and we went to Long Shore Beach or it was in Westport,Wa But if you'd like an exotic place to go, how about The Bahamas or Hawaii or Paris, France or Italy?

My husband and I just got married in July and we went to Gulf Shores AL. It was very beautiful. But expensive at that time of year. But I hear that in the fall it's quite a bit cheaper. And it's probably still kind of warm down there. It was beautiful and I recommend it. Hope this helps.

Go to the Napa Valley in Ca. It is a wonderful place to get-away.

One year I went to Aruba and my husband went to Cancun. We both had a lovely time.
