Hey sweetie, you are not a freak if that is how you feel and you want something that can relate to how you feel. This may all be a conjecture, but that is the feel I get from the question. I have something better for you. Try Marvin Gaye-ooh ooh child(things are going to get easier). I personally like Rose Royce-Wishing on a star. Classics of the 80s and 90s. When music was music. You can always listen to Bob Marley songs. This is real soul music. Though I am true hip hop fan, I grew up to music like this.
Trust me, the Marvin Gaye song will bring you up and Bob Marley's "No woman no cry" always cheers me up. Even though I am a male, it still comforts. Music, what a marvelous grace.
Take care sweetie!
Edit: I have limewire and I wish I could just send you a link to have the songs. But I can't. My suggestion to you is to listen to Bob Marley's "No woman no cry". Songs for distressed souls. Not to keep you in distraught, but to give you a sense of peace that one day all will change.

Sum 41's song "Fat Lip" talks about not wanting to be a casualty of society or a victim of conformity. However, my personal opinion of the song is that it's a bunch of selfish brats trying to use the ideal of nonconformity and independent thought as a justification for their asinine and thoughtless behaviour.
