I'm certainly interested in having some great music play on my site when visitors come by, but I'm not sure how to do it the legal way for free. Are there any sites out there that offer this service?

You must own the copyrights to the songs in order to have them on your website.
You can also google for public domain songs
or samples of songs

specific i might like to be waiting to apply imeem on my PSP, even with the undeniable fact that it is not achieveable through fact flash participant on the PSP browser in basic terms help Flash version 6 - mp3/flv playback become further in version 7 so for the 2d the PSP can not play any of the music or video on imeem.
