hit on start> control panel >add remove >add remove windows components >> hit on Accessories > details .tab . check da box > paint hit on ok hit on ok again when installed then close off control panel

Normally it is installed by default. Go to the Start Button > All Programs > Accessories and it should be there.

If not, go to the control panel, click the Add or Remove Programs icon. Select the Add/Remove Windows Components in the bar on the left.Highlight Accessories and Utilities, click Details
Highlight Accessories and click details
Check the box in front of Paint
Will install it for you

ms paint is not the best
click start-> setting-> control panel
select add or remove program
then in there you will see add or remove window component
there check the box accessories and utilities then click detail
check accessories and click detail
then check the list and select paint then click ok
you will be prompt or not to insert windows cd
or you could goto download.com and get paintshop pro
the best

Insert the windows CD go to add/remove program then add the ms_paint
