You tell her when she starts talking about wanting to have kids. If that has already passed, but Dragon is sorry and you better just tell her. But wear some sort of protection when you do tell her.

you should have told her before things started getting serious between you.
now she'll have to decide between her love for you and natures clock.
what will you do if she suggest seeing a specialist? once she knows its not her that's sterile she will want you to see a specialist. she WILL find out one way or another. stop deceiving her.
yes, she will be angry but not as much as if you let her think its her fault. then she would be crushed.
she may decide to stay with you. and you could adopt or go to a sperm bank if she really wants a baby. if you don't want a baby and that's why you got a vasectomy then you need to tell her you don't want babies.
and you better believe that when a women gets to the point of wanting a baby, the impulse is EXTRAORDINARILY strong. ultimately the choice is hers.

Oh don't tell her, think of all the money and fun you can have when she has all those test to determine why she can't get pregnant. Plus, if you fool around no worries about babies.
