That's great that you developed a great relationship with the students, that just shows your great at what you do. But if a better opportunity if is offered you should take it. and it's similar in what you do. So you're right it will allow you to gain further experience. You can always visit the staff and children. I think you should take that opportunity and see what else is out there for you! Then you can build a relationship with the new staff and children. i definately think you should give it a try. you might just love it

Although furthering your career is a good idea, there's no guarantee that you will like your new job and liking a job is of the utmost importance. Personall, I would stay where I was (unless I REALLY needed the money). I know what it's like to work for a company that doesn't appreciate you and it sounds like your current employer does. See if you current employer can match what the other company is offering. It can't hurt. Also, check into other methods of professional development that may be free of charger. Check with your department of education to see what's out there. In the end, you have to make the choice that's best for you and trust your instincts. Good luck.

I feel for you. I'm going threw a similar experience. I work for a small co. They can only afford to pay me $10per hr, and no ben. I need more per hr and ben for me and my family. I don't wan to leave but a larger company has approached me with more money, and ben. Some times we need to get uncomfortable, and take a chance for the better. We just never know until we get there what will happen, but that is also life. We get in our cars every day, and never know what will happen along the way, but we do it. This is a job. Not life or death. It took me a long time to get this concept. Try it out, ya never know until you DO. Good luck, and may karma be on your side.

do what you want to do. Money is not everything. Don't give up something you love just for money. if you'll end up liking this new job just as well, go for it; if not, don't. You might have to leave something you love to get something better. It's tough, it's sad, but that's life.
