A lot of my friends swear by prenatal vitamins and avoid soy products (they made my hair fall out). If you ask your doctor to prescribe prenatal vitamins for you - the ones on the Wal-Mart $4 list of drugs they sell; then you can get them a lot cheaper then regular retail prices.

i have thick black hair and i want it to grow long too! so far, it like hasent grown at ALL... i went to my hair sylist and she said just DONT straighten it at all and then when you get it cut, you wont have to cut that much off the length because the ends wont be fryed! it works, but it takes pacience, which i really dont have. but this is the only really healthy way to do it.

this may appear wierd, yet i had an identical difficulty...'bout a month in the past. I truthfully have clearly wavy hair and needed it to advance long so i would not decrease it in any respect! my hairstyleist informed my which you're able to desire to decrease off your chop up ends. meaning you're able to desire to decrease 0.5 an inch (yur chop up ends) off so as that your hair will advance. now my hair is starting to be incredibly rapid and that i've got been slicing my chop up ends off! i PROMISE YOU! this might artwork!
