Which one is better and why ---W300i or moto razr v3i??????

by far the w300i is better than the moto v3i and these are why. Battery life of the w300i is almost 3 times better than the v3i, the camera, well are at par actually which is bad for the v3i because it's supposed to have a better one. Also, music is a treasure in the w300i although the v3i isn't that bad itself, it just doesn't measure to the w300i. there's also the connectivity features, w300i has bluetooth, infrared, GPRS, HSCSD, EDGE and a very good browser (NetFront) while the v3i only has an inferior bluetooth, GPRS and a good browser too. o, the w300i also adds radio with RDS and a RSS reader. The last big blow from the w300i comes in memory management. it's got 20MB internal and comes with a 256MB card (expandable to 4GB) while v3i has 10MB internal which can be expandable to 512MB (1GB to push the limit) but it doesn't come with a memory card in the sales pack unlike w300i. And just to wrap the knock-out off, the w300i is thicker than the v3i (a razr) but it's also lighter, beat that!

Truth is, both phones are not competing with each other cos they are on different classes and as evident here, v3i REALLY aspires to be like w300i, even half of it...get the w300i.
