Ask them why they're so interested. Worked for my younger cousin. And go on about your business.

'Sorry, I'm not interested - but you'd make a great one' is always a funny comeback, but honestly, don't let it bother you if you aren't even gay. I was in that same situation years ago except that I was secretly gay. It hurt so much, but it wasn't worth trying to say anything. I wasn't the person I am today. I say, you know who you are, and obviously they don't, so who really cares what they think.

If you're not gay then get a girlfriend and hang on to her for dear life, then people will just think you're an insecure straight guy.

Stop worrying about it,when they call you that you show that it bothers you and more then likely that is why they continue doing it.If you show you don't care and it isn't worth you wasting your time they will get bored and find something else about you to pick

If it really bothers you, try being more masculine. Most people usually associate femininity with homosexuality. Big misconception but never the less, that's life.

tell them you're not...then ignore it...what you are or are not is really nobody else's business...the more you protest this the 'guiltier' you will appear in their eyes.
