Something bigger, longer, etc... You should only have one part of you in tight clothing at a time. It doesn't have to be an oversized baggy top, a long tops and tunics look great. Things with detailing, lots of attention grabbing styles work great too. Another hot look with the skinny jean and boots is a fitted shirt paired with a jacket.
Any of these help to keep the eye going up, towards your face. It adds balance to your look. A tight top, or something simple, can make your boots the focus of your outfit. And anytime the eye is drawn down, it can make you look shorter and heavier.

A tunic length shirt or sweater. It should not be tight - you can't do an entire tight outfit. To really complete the trend, try a belt around the sweater or shirt. Avoid shorter shirts/sweaters too - it doesn't really go with the look. If you are going out to a bar or something and aren't wearing a sweater, wear a really long tank/shirt with a banded bottom. Really cute.

You should wear either earth tones with small stripes 3/4 length in arms. Then wear a vest over it. Just to let you know, those boot things with jeans tucked in are sort of ugly on most people. See if it works on you. Trust me, Im a model.

Hi Im samantha I would wear a nice button up shirt with the top 3 or 4 buttons un done with a nice white shirt underneath i hope that helps

Try using those baby doll type shirts. Or a long tight shirt with a wide belt around the waist that matches the shirt.

You can really wear any top with skinny jeans, it could be one of those very long ones, maybe with a high waisted belt, or you could wear a vintage looking t-shirt.

the general rule is to balance out shapes. if your bottom is tight the top should be loose and vice versa. so the flowy shirt would be a good idea. just make sure it's not too low cut, because you dont want to show of a ton of cleavage, at the same time you're showing off your butt with tight jeans. happy birthday!

Wear a loose sweater. Like a Big white heavy sweater. Loose on top and skinny and tight on the bottom looks great.

U should wear a stretchy shirt that you can pull down to your hips It makes it look more fashionable
