On the GOP.Com , the republicans web site. Under there issue link bar, there is no drop down or information about "health Care" Which would lead one to believe the statis quo is working for them?

On the Democrats.Com, A Healthcare System that Works for Everyone
We will join 36 other industrialized nations in making sure everyone has access to affordable health care, starting by fixing the prescription drug program and investing in stem cell and other medical research.

In the wealthiest, most powerful nation on earth, no one should have to choose between taking their child to a doctor and paying the rent. Democrats are committed to making sure every single American has access to affordable, effective health care coverage. We want to fix the disastrous Medicare Part D and ensure our seniors can afford their prescription drugs.

We also believe in investing in life saving stem cell and other medical research that offers real hope for cures and treatment for millions of Americans.

Here is there agenda`s on health care directly from there own Websites..Can get better answers then from the horses, or donkeys mouths..lol

Democrats support affordable health Care for all Americans. Republicans side with the Insurance industry because they take bribes from them. The Insurance industry wants Americans to pay the price they set with the highest profit margins for the stock holders as returns on investment. The insurance industry would do anything to keep Congress from putting caps on the income. Even Demonize Hillary Clinton who tried to pass a form of Government caps on profits. The insurance industry spent over $160 million making both Clinton's look bad to all Americans on TV adds.

Republicans believe that the current system of private funding and insurance is the way to go. They also passed a law forbidding Medicare from using it's buying power with drug companies to negotiate lower prices. They passed laws prohibiting seniors from importing drugs from Canada or Mexico, where they are cheaper - it's pretty clear they side with the drug companies in ensuring profits are maximized.

The democrats want to find a way to ensure all Americans receive basic healthcare coverage, including the 6 million children that currently don't get health care because their parents can't afford it.

They want to allow drug prices to be negotiated by Medicare, to make drugs cheaper for our seniors, and they want to allow them to buy from the cheapest safe source - Canadian companies for example.

Democrats: If you're human, you deserve healthcare. Conservatives: If you work, maybe you'll get healthcare. Don't know much about the Republicans stance on it.

From what I have seen neither party wants Health Care for the poor and disabled unless you have children. When you get sick, poor with no children we are let out to pasture to die. You are never supposed to get sick. Not only do the Democrats want quaility Health Care for everybody including the rich. They will fight for it while poor people die while going without a doctor and waiting for charity meds.

Republicans want to give top-quality health care to their wealthy conservative friends, members of Congress, and those who can easily afford health care on their own.
Democrats want to give top-quality health care to the poor, the aged, the sick, the disabled, the disadvantaged, the indigent, the underprivileged, and those who really can't afford health care on their own. -RKO-
