first of all your friends are there to celebrate you not how you look so dont worry so much about what everyone looks like but if you want a more special look why not wear an outfit that you feel fabulous in take extra care in make-up application try a more glamourous evening look ie. smokey eyes etc. do your hair in a really cool style something different but flattering etc. Just have fun its your b-day you'll be the center of attention regardless and if all else wears wear a tiara :)

If you are going out with a group of people, make sure you are the best dressed. Go out to a bar where your friends will wear jeans or pants and you wear a hot dress with boots or heels. Get your hair done if you can. By some new lipstick and have fun!

Wear a white suit or dress.
Add extra accesories to your suit, big.
Wear something at your head too, bright color. Match this color to your eye shadow...
Big earrings.
Use the best of your perfumes.
Long nails, fake if you need.
