I think each sound would have a different color and/or sheen. To me the sound of a v8 roaring would be glossy black. Now a kitten's meow would be a soft muted brown. It's really hard to say though. I can tell you texture/feel but color is very hard. If i see a gray kitten i think gray, a black i think black, etc.

I think that every sound would have its own unique color to represent them. Just as each sound is different, it would have a color to match it.

Depends on what sound it would be...
something screeching, a neon yellow...something low, black.
something ugly, brown. something soothing, deep blue. something happy, yellow. clear-green fast paced sound- orange
some romantic sound- red
