Yes he did in 2004. That is fact. He won Ohio but the bias Supreme Court ruled against States rights and gave Ohio to Bush. In Ohio there were 360,000 votes not counted in 2004. The Bush margin was only about 118,000. I hope this time we at least counted all the absentee votes.
