Definately Donuts! You can eat a bagel plain if u like, but donuts have that chocolate fillings and icing dipped. They're all good to munch on though. :P

The donut, but you must remember that only 1/2 of the bagel is one serving of bread. Oh, and if you top your bagel with spread such as cream cheese this also affects the nutritional content.

Depends if you are counting calories or Carbs. Donuts usually have more sugar, thus worsse for the South beach Diet and Carbs. Bagels are usually better with less carbs

For me, the sugar in the donut is worse. The bagel isn't so grreat either.

Donuts are worse. Most are made with hydroginated oil and deep fried. Then add the powered sugar, chocolate syrup, nuts or any other glob of delight and you've got heart attack city.
Bagels are also called water bagels, they are baked with the simpliest of the basic ingredients. (Flour, gluten, water, yeast)

bagels i've never actually had one but just the thought of them ugh,is there such a thing as bagel phobia.Donuts are just as bad,only because u can pick out the filling,the score a little higher than bagels
