they lost to all major sides including a prime minister's xi ahead of the ashes series. does this just underline captaincy woes or should strauss be given a run at the helm?

its almost as if the poms didnt give a damn about their results in the ODI format of the game. They gave away 350 runs yesterday against the prime minister's xi! To make it worse, they didnt get to even 200 on their chase!

The truth is the current England team is crap. The public doesn't realise it because the British media would like to make them believe otherwise.
Just wait till the ashes begin in 2 weeks to see more feeble excuses from the press! (and also from the team itself)

As an English cricket supporter, I have to say that I don't give a **** about one-day cricket. It's fun to watch, occasionally exciting and it makes a bit of money. But compared to test matches, it's rubbish. I'd rather we won all our test series and got thrashed in every single one-day game. I think this attitude is fairly prevalent in England still, even among the players.

To many things are going wrong for them at the moment. It could also be lack of selfbelief. Its like they are there on the field but they are not there. Hope you know what i mean

I don't think its attitude. I think its form. England were rubbish! You will find they will be soundly beaten in the Ashes series.
