you are definitely going to want to work the legs such as running but also something a little different that will work the normally unused area of the legs such as the inner and outer thighs. one of those floor slide mats, lying on the floor on your side and raising your top leg up to work the outer thigh and some improvising. lunges

I've been here year after year. Besides some specific skiing excercises...the best thing that I have found is to run 3-5 miles a day and lots and lots of Squats!

i dont think youd need to lift weights or anything but streching wouldnt hurt and right before snowboard season i break out the mucle milk and joint juice. (to be healthy and have healthy joints)

exerciseyour legs a lot. they will get really tired after a while. run a little!
