Joe Versus the Volcano.

I watched it when I was very young and thought nothing of it, but watched it again during a crossroads of my life and it was so astute I started crying. Seriously. Romantic comedy my @ss - it's a parable with many layers and everyone should see it.

Other favorites are Planes, Trains and Automobiles, Dr. Strangelove, Donnie Darko, and Toothless.
