We are trying to pick baby (non tormented child- succesful adult) names and I am having trouble coming up with a boys first name... I have Thierry (Terry) as a middle name for a boy and I love it- I just think it may be a bit unusual for a first name.
And I like Claire Julia for a girl-- but our last name is Roberts and I don't know if Claire Roberts sounds nice or not, Since it ends and starts with an 'r' sound. (Yes the Julia Roberts is intentional- but that is why it is a middle name... we have received so much grief from our famiy about it already but we love it.)
So- What so YOU think of Clarie roberts--- and any ideas for a boys name that goes well with Roberts?

I like Claire. It is one of my favorites but I went with Clarissa and Clarina for my twins. Claire sounds better with Julia though. I think it goes well with Roberts too. For the boy I think Michael sounds good. Michael Thierry Roberts.

I think Claire Roberts sounds fine. I like Ashton, Zachary, Xavier, Alexander for boys names. Roberts is really an easy name to match. Good luck & CONGRATULATIONS!

How about calling her Clara or Clarice or Clarissa so that you dont have 2 R's running into one another. Then jsut call her Claire if you want later. I love the name Claire. I thought about that for my daughter

our last name is raulerson. we have a matthieu david and aiden michael. we are pregnant with our third child and if its a boy we are naming it Zachary ryan . hope this helps. also clarie sounds great. very pretty.
