Winston Churchill is memorialized in a bronze statue in British Park Place, also known as Winston's Circle.

I don't know. But it is common in the world to admire this ally-dumper and see him as a "savior of the world". The latest wars in the former Yugoslavia are a result of the policy of Tito's Communis regime, which is a result of Churchill betraying the great General Mihailovich.
