Rectangle is the right answer.

Parallelogram has two pairs of parallel sides, but the angles are not all congruent.

Rhombus has two pairs of parallel sides, with all sides congruent but again nothing special about all four angles.

Rectangle has two pairs of parallel sides and all angles are 90 degrees, so there's your answer.

Hope this helps. :)
