Indoor track starts for my school on Monday. How should I prepare this weekend? Should I practice running or relax? Go to bed early on Sunday? Drink an energy drink throughout the day on Monday before the first practice? I'm going out today to buy shirts and underarmour. Is there anyhing else I should do to prepare?

You should stretch, so you don't get sore from running, and get good sleep. Trust me. I take track. Maybe in the morning before track drink an energy drink, but a light one, because you don't want to get sick or get a cramp. Make sure you wear deodorant!! l0l
