Is there any way to have a combined instant messaging service (like GAIM) on my cell phone?

I'm not going to have access to a computer for a while, and I was wondering if there is any way to download a program (such as GAIM) for my mobile phone so I can easily access both my yahoo and AIM accounts with ease. I'd even be satisfied with a way just to switch back and forth between the two quickly.
