well if you have cable you can watch it on CartoonNetwork but if you dont have cable you can watch them online at www.youtube.com or download them from www.mininova.org

In Michigan they have Anime that come on cable channels or on Demand. However, that is not really free you still have to pay that cable bill every month. Some of them are rated TV-MA which means they are for adults.
