This is an older movie that I saw when I was in grade school (you know one of those movies where Disney allows it to placed on tv) so it must have been somewhere in the late 80's-early 90's. The space ship is equipped with everything that these kids will need to survive for the next 30 years. I would really appreciate your help.

No, the movie definitely was not Space Camp. The only definite scene that I remember from the movie is one where the youngest boy wants to buy something for lunch and asks the older one to use his hand to scan it and pay for it as he has no more "credits" of his own. I hope that this helps find the answer. Also is there any other movie that fits this description that may not be a Disney movie?

Space Camp is the only Disney movie about teenagers in space that I remember. They where suppose to only go to the edge of space and come back, but due to mechanical problems the trip took longer, but it still didn't last 30 years.
