I am not two days late, and on day 15 days past ovulation but I am still getting a negative on the pregnancy test. I tested with the EPT early pregnancy test, I have also used the Early first response test as well, I know the stats on how accurate for how early you can test, but I am two days late I am never late maybe early but never late. Has anyone else gotten a false negative when they tested after they missed their period, and if so how long til you got the positive and what way did you do ithome pregnancy test or blood test? Please help, I am not stressed out about this I am just taking it day by day but I would just like to know any opinions, suggestions, or ideas that any of you have. THANKS TO EVERYONE WHO ANSWERS I do appreciate all the help!!

The blood test will be accurate after your AF is late.

The HPTs are not as accurate, considering it takes about 24+hrs for the hormone to be detected in urine. But they should work after your period is late.

If you are worried, call your Dr & request a blood test. They are 100% accurate.

Even with the 1st response, it is not always accurate. If you can, get a blood test from a doctor or wait for at least 5 days after your missed period to do the home test. Good luck!!

I am also in the same situation. I am also getting negative. I have been using first response pregnancy kit but nothing yet. A lot people told me to wait until the 18th day after ovulation. So for you wait until the 13th of November and then test. good luck

it could take a few days the hormone to build up in your system. Test in three more days.
