not in a good number of cases. Veteran's Day is a federal vacation so authorities offices and banks are closed. One exception may be banks which have branches interior Wal-Mart or grocery shops. call your community monetary employer branch and examine to be confident. a itemizing of all the 2009 federal vacation trips are provided by the reference link below.
