Chandler from Friends. I think he was a great husband when him and Monica got married. It's a shame Monica was too much of a control freak.

I can't say that I've ever seen someone who looks like a cartoon character, but one time when I was on jury duty one of the other guys who was on jury duty with me had a laugh that was exactly like that of Barney Rubble from the Flintstones. When I first heard him come out with it my jaw dropped open in shock. I thought there was a TV playing the Flintstones nearby until I realized it had come from this guy! BQ: I saw someone with a Top Cat tattoo once. I thought that was pretty cool.
