While you are in IE, open your tools in the top toolbar. Dropdown to Internet options and open. When you open you will see a box with all your internet options. Open security and set to "med/high". Open "Privacy", and set to "Med", only.

You must click on apply & ok for them to be set. While you are in your IE options, you can also check what you want to be your home page settings, plus you can delete old history, files and cookies.
