Does anyone know a special recipe or cream to make your nails stronger?

Avon sells a varnish that you put on your nails eithe alone or under nail polish and it makes your nails stronger.

Hi,
Well I had brittle nails two years ago but now they are really strong and subtle.
Drink more milk or eat more dairy products to make them stronger.
I took a vitamin pill which I brought from Boots, it was called Vita-women (for Strong hair, nails, and clear skin).
Also boots do nail serum which is clear stuff that you can put on before you paint your nails, which protect them.
Its just finding a method that works best for you.

I bought some really good clear fingernail polish that helps make nails stronger from walmart.

You can by some UV gel and a UV lamp and put some UV gel op ur nails and leave the under the UV lamp for about 5-10 mins

There is a cream called " Hard As Hooves" or Hoof
Maker which horse owners put on the horses' hooves
to make them hard. I bought a large container from
a hay and feed store. It works great. A smaller
container is sold in Walmart and possibly drugstores.

Take prenatal vitamins, You can get them at walgreens and they make your hair and nails grow really fast, plus your nails are THICKER and stronger. Good luck

jelly.. eat a cube of jelly a day for stronger nails, or make up some jelly liquid, and soak your nails in it for a little while, i did this after having acrylic nails on for a while and my own nails had gone soft ...........try it

use hand and nail cream twice every day. it results to moist hands and strong nails. that s what i always do and i find it great. hope you find this advice good!

sally henson "hard as nails" usually does the trick or file them in one direction towards the centre of the nail which will also make them smoother....im no beauty expert i just got advise from my mum!
