A lot of places offer "Analysis," which comes after Calculus. I think it largely deals with proving things in math... like actually proving the things in Calculus that we learned were true.

The next course taken after calculus is called Differential Equations. This branch of math is used to describe behavior of dynamic systems.

well...if you are looking at college mathematics... and looking for other math courses one takes after completing Calc I, II (and maybe III the courses would be linear algebra, abstract algebra, ordinary differential equations, advanced statistics and many other courses...

if you are looking for things with a calculus slant.....
your next course is either ordinary differential equations or a course in real analysis (often called advanced calculus on the undergrad level)

I switched out of a math major to computer science, but in my list of classes, after college calc I, II, and III was Differential Equations and Linear Algebra.

if so, then it must be tensor calculus
