By "food poisoning" I'm going to assume that you mean you consumed food that was just overgrown with simple bacteria like Salmonella. The only way to know for sure is to look at it with a microscope. You know your body. If this gets serious, get to the emergency room.
The first bout of diarrhea is a good thing - it gets some of the toxins out.
Start taking a probiotic at once, to promote regrowth of good bacteria in the gut. I especially like Renew Life products. Yogurt is a helpful addition.
If you're getting dehydrated & weak, take a glass of water containing 1 teaspoon salt & 2 teaspoons sugar.
If you feel nausea, ginger tea is great. Or eat slices of crystallized ginger.
Next you need to kill off some of the bacteria overgrowth. Garlic is good for that. Take 2 or 3 Kyolic tablets per day until symptoms subside, or longer. Or eat a clove of garlic daily.
Goldenseal will help in many ways - kills bacteria, some viruses, very healing to the mucosal lining of stomach and intestines. Take 500 mg. capsules 2x daily for 10 days or so.
Just to slow the diarrhea, drink raspberry leaf tea or blackberry leaf tea several times a day. Avoid caffeine & alcohol.

Plenty of water. Be aware that some types of food poisoning can be fatal so if the illness worsens, seek advice from a Dr, hosp or chemist. Diluted apple juice, homemade lemon and barley water are all good. The best foods are grated apple, rice, oatmeal. Take it easy on the sugar/milk. Forget fatty, rich, spicy foods for a few days. An effective treatmet (believe it or not) is red cordial. Anchor brand is the one we use here. If a child has it, always seek medical advice.

We observed this gorgeous much 5 years in the past through marketplace we've been in touch in and realised that if there become ever a time to get out it become faster greater effective than later. We offered over a twelve months in the past and the downturn is here, gaining impetus on an known basis with many super development firms now laying off team and smaller companies ultimate down. that is merely the start and human beings might desire to maintain, shop, shop through fact with the help of Christmas there will be so plenty greater human beings out of artwork. there is not money to spend going around the shops on a weekend indulging in a sparkling skirt here, a pair of denims there and those shops in turn will lay off team. nutrition will consistently be offered however the creation of supermarkets like Aldi and Lidl must be the saving grace like they have been in Germany while issues have been so undesirable for them. those shops sell good fee for money nutrition, outfits and significant different and toddlers products and the often happening of their products now on furnish interior the united kingdom is far greater effective than it become some years in the past. As for the cretins who've brought about all this misery with the help of short-advertising, nicely existence has its very own way of sorting human beings like that out.

if it is food poisoning, the diarrhea shouldn't last too long and you really don't want to stop it. Stay hydrated through it, then eat bland binding foods like plain rice, bananas, yougurt (with active cultures)....these will help your bowel recover.
