Smile everytime you speak to her. Be ultra polite and nice to her. It will drive her mad eventually. People get off on reactions, don't give them the one they want.

Yeah, find a new job but do your job searching on the sly, tell no one. Use the phone number for another superior at the current job on your application. That way, if they check with your current employer, there is a much better chance she won't find out. Then when you finally get the new job of your dreams, you can call in sick for a few days (or more) before you leave them stuck and short-handed with all that backed up paperwork on your desk.
That wonderful ex-boss may even have to work late doing your work AND trying to find your replacement ASAP.

oh my dear iam so sorry i know exactly how you feel for the same thing happened to me when i was at college training to be be a beautician unfortuantely for me it turned out worse when i complained about my teachers behaviour she made things worse for me she has now named and shamned me.
What i can tell you is your boss certainly has problems and these are personal do not blame your self as it is not your fault as iam sure you are trying hard she has almost certainly got it in for you my answer to you is women are b---ches and always have been basically she is miserable.
Do your level best with her and try to improve on certain things and work really hard to show her you are the best and you can do your job better than anyone else and try to get along with her you cant make everybody happy stick with it and do not give up fight her tooth and nail in the mean time if she is making your life hell and you cannot cope look for another job somewhere else.
But please try to stick it out you do not want to be jobless like me it might just be a temporary thing she has with you her boyfriend or hubby probably rejected her for someone else and she is only taking it out on you.
Try asking her out for a drink or taking her to lunch or dinner and try to be friendly try making cups of tea for her find out when its her birthday and get her a gift may be flowers or something.
hope that helps

Let it be. Eventually people with that attitude are there own downfall. Patience is a virtue so sit back and enjoy the show when she gets fired. In the meantime look for a new job. Obviously the HR department where you are do not know what they are doing.

Probably find a better job. Whatever else you do would only backfire on you and certainly won't improve her behaviour towards you.
However, the mere fact that you are thinking of some spiteful thing to do to her suggests that you are not so perfect yourself. You could usefully turn your attention to your own failings which you will find easier to address than hers.

Geezer, keep a little library on the things she f's up on, like money they are and build them up until you have to cash them in. Until then, do your work and do it well and you can be sly on a few things.
When you e mail her, you wanna keep and exact record, i set up another private e mail just for this. BCC all correspondence to your private account.
If you can get away with using e mail all the time, when she tells you to do something e mail her innocently, just double checking the way she wants it done.
If she's cr#p at her job she'll have a boss to answer for, don't always give her all the info, keep it to yourself, you'll get a situation one day when your with her and her boss, when he asks opinions speak up and outdo her.
Good luck
