They don't really have special rights but they do have some special responsibilities. As for rights, it might be right to say they have been denied the opportunity to enjoy all the rights as citizens of their country of residence and citizenship!

Why would there be ?
There should be special requirements..
They should be required to learn English..
They should not be eligiable for welfare or public assistance..
If they are found parading around the streets in any kind of
demonstration against the USA they should be deported...

only naturalized citizens can be president....( washington, jefferson, adams yea... good one there) other than that.... a citizen is a citizen.
