Keep your skin clean and dry. Yeast likes dark warm moist places. Try to wear shorts around your house and keep your house as cool as is comfortable. Let air get to your legs. Try using an over the counter ointment for athlete's foot or a women's vaginal yeast ointment. Eat yogurt with L.acidophilus bacteria in the contents at least once or twice a day. The ones with fruit are really tasty, and inexpensive.

Change your socks, lol... actually, it probably is related to cleanliness. Some of us, when young, are very active, and that can lead to the necessity for washing more than once a day. Some of us guys find that our shoes are a source of offensive odor. There are powders and sprays we can use on our feet to help cut down on that, but at times we simply need to throw out the old shoes and replace them. And about the socks - I wasn't really picking on you; an athletic person really should carry a couple changes of socks, and change them periodically. Put the used socks into a plastic bag that you can stuff in your backpack or wherever you carry your gear - but be sure to take them out and wash them that same evening or the next morning at the latest - or your bag will become the source of that offensive odor!

It is probably a yeast infection. Candida albicans is usually confined to mucous membranes or moist sweaty areas. But there are lots of other yeast species that can cauuse infection.
Buy an over the counter topical fungicide.
Keep everywhere dry and clean.
If you are diabetic or have an auto-immune disease you are more likely to get a yeast infection.

I work in a nursing home..this is a common occurance with men , not just woman.
You probably have a yeast infection, yes..its true...
Yeast infections are common under skin flaps, and folds, also in the groin area. It is not not just something that occurs in the vaginal and perenial areas..
You should get some Micolage cream or Nystatin..best thing to do is get a script from your doctor . You might be able to get it otc, bu I am unsure of the names or strength when obtaind in this manner..

any further questions, just e mail me and I will be glad to share my knowledge.

Men can get yeast infections too. Should see your doctor or maybe one of the creams used for jock itch will help. Or one of the female creams used for yeast infections.

Splash your feet with hydrogen peroxide every day, or you can buy anti fungus products without prescription in the pharmacy.Use only 100% or 90% cotton socks and change it every day.You have to use some anti fungi powder in your shoes and don't wear them if inside wet, because the fungus bacterias are spreading in dark and humid enviroment.
