No i dont think so. Gradually the negativity of the lyrics can get to one and then one starts to associate things the real world with the music... But of course this is not 100% accurate and i think it mostly affects some emotional people sometimes.

For me..no way; for some people, yeah, i'm sure it is. Sad songs tend to disturb me at times.
