Definitely not. The Ganguly, selectors and the spat thing is becoming very tiresome and should be dropped once and for all. I am actually shocked that Ganguly is still punting to get back into the squad after the acrimonious way he was dumped.

While on the subject, it is high time the selectors huddled over the future of Sachin, and whether Team India can carry this passenger? We all love Sachin but frankly that's neither here nor there, when he is no longer the force he was. He too has been very inconsistent and has had his chances to justify his place in the squad.

In conclusion, I am not having a swipe at probably two of India's greatest sporting individuals but at the SELECTORS.

sourav should absolutely play in the cricket world cup 2007 that is goin to be held at the west indies . i think first of all Sourav should go to a match with a positive frame of mind and forget abt everything like if he gets out on 0 or blah blah . he should try and play consistently and get some runs so that he selectors can take him for the national squad.

once sourav gets selected for the national squad i probably think he'll retire after along with sachin and other guys. once he gets in he'll think its his last chance and he'll retire by recovering all his lost glory and pride .

just imagine guys sourav opening the innings and hitting huge sixes all over the stadiums in the west indies . he shouldnt be thinking anything negative and go out to bat with a positive frame of mind and thrash the likes of brett lee the way he used to few years ago.

sounds fantastic isint guys.

no i think he has got enough chances to prove his worth but he has failed to do so. he may sit on the bench but a place in the 11 is doubtful.
