How do I explain going "back door" during a game to someone who doesn't know anything about basketball???

say

a backdoor is when the person who is gaurding you thinkks your going away from the basket, but you trick them, and instead go toward the basket... thus, leavingyou WIDE open for the backdoor pass...

Goinbg back door is simply going away from the ball and cutting towards the basket on the basline. You can add a fake like you are going toward the ball and quickly spin to the basket.
It is just a slash to the basket behind the defender. The person with the ball then passes you the ball and sets you up for an easy basket.
