I don't want to sound rude, but No I will not! Unless it is in a position that does not require he/she to smile. I do not fine it attracted at all. Now-a-day, you here of so much on television about whitening the teeth.
I can understand if you do not have dental insurance, but use some of the products that are being advertised.
Unless they don't realize that they are yellow.
It is not a pretty sight to see a women with red lipstick on and yellow teeth.

Sure I would. I may think its totally gross but the colour of ones teeth has nothing to do with them being able to do the job or not. One cannot discriminate based on something like that. It would be the same as not hiring a person of colour, a person who is over wieght, a person of a different cultural background. All of these factors have nothing to do with a persons abilities

If they can do the job, yes. Looks should not matter if the person is qualified. Unless this was a position for a dental hygienist I might reconsider but that's about it. There's always exceptions to the rule but bottom line, I would still hire them and maybe even suggest some whitening tips.

To work in a dentists office, no.
Everything else I dont see why not, unless the yellow teeth are due to poor hygiene and then I wouldnt want that person to be in a food service area.

Yes, I'd hire them as a model for whitening teeth clinic and sure the business would flourish. Show the before and after and voila - business is going up!!!

If they are the most qualified for the job. The color of their teeth should have not impact on the decision to hire.

If the yellow color is something natural that no amount of dental magic can improve it "YES" but if the color is due to carelessness then "NO". If he cann't brush his teeth twice or thrice a day then how good will he/she be to be an employee? Don't want to waste money on someone who is LAZY and IRRESPONSIBLE.

The shades of teeth vary a great deal, as long as they are not smelling and reeking of bad breath. Why not. Unless it was dependent upon the job to have a pearly white smile. God bless

I brush my teeth at least twice a day and they still have a yellow tint. If it's obvious that this person doesn't brush their teeth, they're probably lax in other areas, also.

As long as the color of their teeth doesn't matter to the job why not? They're not going to be a tooth model or something like that are they? Don't hold something something over their head that may be beyond their control.
