Full Tilt is the best http://www.fulltiltpoker.com/?aff=3425&code=?=0&ext= IMO. Their software is really good, they have a huge bonus, allow rakeback and have the endorsement of all the top poker pros. Busting Phil Gordon a year and a half ago was a fun experience!
I also really like Fortune Poker. http://www.fortune-poker-rakeback.com gives 30% rakeback there and Fortune has a really great personal touch. Their manager emails you to see if you have any questions and handles most issues personally.

Depends on what you're after. Titan has the best freeroll MTTs (cash-added free events), Doyle's Room has the best graphics and a superb action points catalogue, Ultimate Bet and Full Tilt have great software and tons of poor, fishy players. http://www.church-of-texas-holdem.com/usa-friendly-poker-sites.html Titan is the only one of those that doesn't accept USA players.
