Not having tight underwear are the least of your worries. An erection that lasts that long is a symptom of a medical problem thus you need to take it to the nearest emergency room and get it examined. Your fiance will have to wait for you to get treated before she can get her hands on it. Failure to get immediate medical attention could be a serious problem.
