what is the best way to get someone to realize they have a learning disability?

how do you get an adult coworker who has been working with you for three years to realize they have a learning disablilty without belittling them

are you a doctor? how do you know they have a learning disability? oh well maybe start by researching the names of some famous people with their disability and telling them (ie einstein was dyslexic)
