I have this thing where my nipples are always errect, and even through tops that are fairly thick material you can still see the nipples standing up...a friend of mine said that this mostly only happen if a woman gets aroused, but mine seem to be that way most of the time, is it normal, and should i be embarrassed about it?......

Try putting on the little round band-ads to cover your nipples. They work great for those times that your nipples show thru your shirt. Try it! I keep a box on hand just in case.

you have sensitive nipples that easily errects. try using padded bra or nipple tapes when wearing tops. you need not be embarrassed as long as you are not the bunt of the joke

Nothing to be embarrassed about sweetie. We are all made differently. Have you tried wearing bras with a little padding in them? I agree about the band aids too.

It is normal, I have the same problem. Don't be embarrased. Try buying a bra with a little padding in it so you can't see them if that would make you feel better.

its normal ... mine tend to do it a lot as well ... and the dr said some women just have really sensative nipples and that it doesn't mean your turned on ...

If you too embarrased try a padded bra. Men are going to find it attractive. Women might snicker. But really its your body be proud of it!

Its caused by a lot of things, cold weather, hormones, arousal... if you aren't comfortable with it you can put bandaids over them so they won't show so badly through your top.
Don't be embarassed, everyone is different.

actually i know most men find that very arousing!! i wouldnt be embarrassed, mine NEVER stay hard....i wish i had ones like yrs!!!
